近日,由北京市政總院設計的小紅門再生水廠沼氣發(fā)電項目順利并網(wǎng)發(fā)電,標志著我國再生水廠沼氣資源化利用邁入高質量發(fā)展新階段,也充分彰顯了沼氣發(fā)電機組在綠色低碳轉型中的核心價值。作為項目核心發(fā)電設備,沼氣發(fā)電機組憑借出色轉化、穩(wěn)定運行的優(yōu)勢,將再生水廠產(chǎn)生的沼氣轉化為清潔電力,既解決了沼氣排放的環(huán)保難題,又為廠區(qū)生產(chǎn)提供穩(wěn)定能源,為首都綠色低碳轉型注入強勁新動能,成為可再生能源利用的代表案例。
Recently, the Xiaohongmen Reclaimed Water Plant Biogas Power Generation Project, designed by Beijing Municipal Engineering Institute, was successfully connected to the grid for power generation, marking a new stage of high-quality development in the utilization of biogas resources in China's reclaimed water plants and fully demonstrating the core value of biogas power generation units in green and low-carbon transformation. As the core power generation equipment of the project, the biogas generator unit, with the advantages of efficient conversion and stable operation, converts the biogas generated by the reclaimed water plant into clean electricity, which not only solves the environmental protection problem of biogas emissions, but also provides stable energy for factory production, injecting strong new energy into the green and low-carbon transformation of the capital, and becoming a benchmark case for the utilization of renewable energy.
該項目采用熱電聯(lián)產(chǎn)技術,系統(tǒng)構成復雜、專業(yè)交叉性強,涵蓋沼氣收集、凈化、儲存、輸送、發(fā)電、余熱回收及環(huán)保排放等多個環(huán)節(jié),而沼氣發(fā)電機組的出色適配的是項目順利落地的關鍵。項目團隊針對沼氣生物脫硫及硅氧烷去除等核心工藝難點,多次與專業(yè)團隊交流學習,更好地發(fā)揮技術集成優(yōu)勢,為沼氣發(fā)電機組搭建了完善的配套系統(tǒng),確保機組長期穩(wěn)定、出色運行,高質量完成項目設計與落地任務。
The project adopts cogeneration technology, with a complex system composition and strong cross disciplinary characteristics, covering multiple links such as biogas collection, purification, storage, transportation, power generation, waste heat recovery, and environmental emissions. The efficient adaptation of biogas generator sets is the key to the smooth implementation of the project. The project team has repeatedly exchanged and learned from professional teams at home and abroad regarding core process difficulties such as biogas biological desulfurization and siloxane removal, fully leveraging the advantages of technology integration to build a complete supporting system for biogas power generation units, ensuring long-term stable and efficient operation of the units, and completing project design and implementation tasks with high quality.
在能源出色利用方面,沼氣發(fā)電機組的核心優(yōu)勢得到充分凸顯。項目新建4臺燃氣內燃沼氣發(fā)電機組,總裝機容量達4.8兆瓦,通過準確的負荷匹配與系統(tǒng)集成,可將再生水廠產(chǎn)生的沼氣出色轉化為清潔電力,直接接入廠區(qū)10千伏電網(wǎng),為再生水處理核心工藝提供穩(wěn)定能源供給,有效降低了廠區(qū)對外部電網(wǎng)的依賴,實現(xiàn)了能源自給自足的綠色發(fā)展模式。
In terms of efficient energy utilization, the core advantages of biogas generators have been fully highlighted. The project involves the construction of four gas-fired internal combustion biogas generators with a total installed capacity of 4.8 megawatts. Through precise load matching and system integration, the biogas generated by the reclaimed water plant can be efficiently converted into clean electricity, which can be directly connected to the 10 kV power grid in the plant area. This provides stable energy supply for the core process of reclaimed water treatment, effectively reducing the plant's dependence on external power grids and achieving a green development model of energy self-sufficiency.
值得關注的是,項目圍繞沼氣發(fā)電機組構建了“熱電聯(lián)產(chǎn)、能效倍增”的運行模式,實現(xiàn)能源梯級利用。配套設置4臺0.8噸/小時的余熱蒸汽鍋爐,充分回收沼氣發(fā)電機組產(chǎn)生的高溫煙氣,用于生產(chǎn)蒸汽,服務于污泥熱水解處理;同時,對機組的高、低溫冷卻水進行梯級利用,分別用于廠區(qū)采暖與生產(chǎn)補水預熱,大幅提升了一次能源的綜合利用效率,讓沼氣能源實現(xiàn)“物盡其用”。
It is worth noting that the project has built an operation mode of "cogeneration and energy efficiency doubling" around biogas power generation units, achieving energy cascade utilization. Four 0.8 ton/hour waste heat steam boilers are installed to fully recover the high-temperature flue gas generated by the biogas generator set, which is used to produce steam and serve the thermal hydrolysis treatment of sludge; At the same time, the high and low temperature cooling water of the unit is utilized in a cascade manner, which is used for heating in the factory area and preheating for production water replenishment, greatly improving the comprehensive utilization efficiency of primary energy and realizing the "full utilization" of biogas energy.
精細化氣體處理設計,為沼氣發(fā)電機組的穩(wěn)定運行提供了堅實保障。為避免沼氣中的雜質影響機組性能,項目設計了完善的“前處理”與“后處理”系統(tǒng),前端通過生物脫硫、兩級增壓與精密干式脫硫,去除沼氣中的硫化物等雜質;后端通過尾氣脫硝、脫碳處理,嚴格控制污染物排放,確保廢氣排放符合《固定式內燃機大氣污染物排放標準》相關要求,既守護了生態(tài)環(huán)境,也為發(fā)電機組持續(xù)提供“高品質沼氣”,延長設備使用壽命。
The refined gas treatment design provides a solid guarantee for the stable operation of biogas generators. To avoid impurities in biogas affecting the performance of the unit, the project has designed a comprehensive "pre-treatment" and "post-treatment" system. The front-end uses biological desulfurization, two-stage boosting, and precision dry desulfurization to remove impurities such as sulfides in biogas; The backend strictly controls pollutant emissions through tail gas denitrification and decarbonization treatment, ensuring that exhaust emissions comply with the relevant requirements of the "Fixed Internal Combustion Engine Air Pollutant Emission Standards". This not only protects the ecological environment, but also continuously provides "high-quality biogas" for the generator set, extending the service life of the equipment.
在安全與智能化方面,沼氣發(fā)電機組并網(wǎng)采用“小型發(fā)電廠并網(wǎng)”模式,嚴格遵循分布式光伏發(fā)電與并網(wǎng)相關規(guī)范,優(yōu)化設計電氣與自控系統(tǒng),搭建自動化監(jiān)控平臺,部署遠程測控設備,強化網(wǎng)絡安全防護,實現(xiàn)能源生產(chǎn)全流程數(shù)據(jù)實時匯集,達成“可視、可測、可控、可調”的智能化管理,既提升了運行安全與管理效率,也為可再生能源系統(tǒng)智能化升級奠定了基礎。
In terms of safety and intelligence, the grid connection of biogas generators adopts the "small-scale power plant grid connection" mode, strictly following the relevant specifications of distributed photovoltaic power generation and grid connection, optimizing the design of electrical and automatic control systems, building an automated monitoring platform, deploying remote measurement and control equipment, strengthening network security protection, realizing real-time collection of energy production process data, and achieving "visible, measurable, controllable, and adjustable" intelligent management. This not only improves operational safety and management efficiency, but also lays the foundation for the intelligent upgrade of renewable energy systems.
