燃?xì)獍l(fā)電機組是一種將燃?xì)獾幕瘜W(xué)能轉(zhuǎn)化為電能的設(shè)備 ，是適應(yīng)環(huán)保要求和市場新環(huán)境而開發(fā)的新型發(fā)電機組。主要分為兩種：

工作原理

往復(fù)式燃?xì)獍l(fā)電機組的主要設(shè)備是燃?xì)獍l(fā)動機和交流發(fā)電機，并配備進氣燃?xì)庀到y(tǒng)、冷卻系統(tǒng)、潤滑系統(tǒng)、控制系統(tǒng)等輔助裝置。以瓦斯發(fā)電為例，其原理是瓦斯氣體進入燃?xì)獍l(fā)動機汽缸內(nèi)燃燒，產(chǎn)生的動力驅(qū)動發(fā)動機曲軸旋轉(zhuǎn)，曲軸將動力傳遞給交流發(fā)電機，發(fā)電機運轉(zhuǎn)后將動力轉(zhuǎn)換為電能輸出 。燃燒后產(chǎn)生的高溫?zé)煔?，可排入大氣或送入余熱鍋爐回收熱能再利用。

The main equipment of a reciprocating gas generator set is a gas engine and an AC generator, equipped with auxiliary devices such as an intake gas system, cooling system, lubrication system, and control system. Taking gas power generation as an example, its principle is that gas enters the cylinder of a gas engine and burns, generating power that drives the engine crankshaft to rotate. The crankshaft transmits the power to an AC generator, which then converts the power into electrical energy output. The high-temperature flue gas generated after combustion can be discharged into the atmosphere or sent to a waste heat boiler for heat recovery and reuse.

Excellent power generation quality: only rotating during operation, with rapid response and smooth operation of the electric control system. The output voltage and frequency have high accuracy and small fluctuations. When the load suddenly increases or decreases by 50% and 75%, the operational stability is better than that of diesel generator sets.

啟動性能好：冷態(tài)啟動成功后到滿負(fù)載僅需 30 秒鐘，能在任何環(huán)境溫度和氣候下保證啟動成功率 ，相比之下，國際規(guī)定柴油發(fā)電機啟動成功后 3 分鐘才能帶負(fù)載。

Good starting performance: After successful cold start, it only takes 30 seconds to reach full load, which can ensure the success rate of starting in any environmental temperature and climate. In contrast, international regulations require diesel generators to be loaded after 3 minutes of successful start.

機房要求：機房應(yīng)遠(yuǎn)離明火區(qū)域，保持寬敞、明亮，安裝換氣扇保證良好通風(fēng)；室內(nèi)照明、開關(guān)、線路及其電器應(yīng)采用防爆措施且固定牢固；應(yīng)符合消防要求，配備滅火器等消防器械；安裝可燃?xì)怏w報警裝置，及時發(fā)現(xiàn)氣體泄漏。

Computer room requirements: The computer room should be kept away from open flame areas, spacious and bright, and equipped with ventilation fans to ensure good ventilation; Indoor lighting, switches, circuits, and their electrical appliances should adopt explosion-proof measures and be firmly fixed; Should meet fire safety requirements and be equipped with fire extinguishers and other firefighting equipment; Install combustible gas alarm devices to promptly detect gas leaks.

管路要求：60kw 以下單臺燃?xì)獍l(fā)動機燃?xì)夤苈返耐獠恐饕艿纼?nèi)徑應(yīng)不小于 2 吋，靠近發(fā)動機部分內(nèi)徑應(yīng)不小于 1 吋；60kw 以上燃?xì)獍l(fā)電機組則分別是 3 吋和 2 吋。必須安裝燃?xì)忾y門（不銹鋼球閥）、型放水閥、防回火裝置 ，燃?xì)夤苈泛附油瓿珊笮栌酶邏嚎諝馇謇砗冈?/p>

Pipeline requirements: The inner diameter of the external main pipeline of the gas pipeline of a single gas engine below 60kw should not be less than 2 inches, and the inner diameter of the part near the engine should not be less than 1 inch; Gas generators with a power of over 60kW are 3 inches and 2 inches respectively. Gas valves (stainless steel ball valves), type drain valves, and anti backfire devices must be installed. After welding the gas pipeline, high-pressure air is required to clean the welding slag.

燃?xì)庖螅喝細(xì)獗仨氝M行脫硫、脫水、除塵處理，其中含流量≤0.25Nm，氫氣≤10%

Gas requirements: Gas must undergo desulfurization, dehydration, and dust removal treatment, with a flow rate of ≤ 0.25Nm and hydrogen gas of ≤ 10%
