沼氣發(fā)電是一種較好的糞污沼氣處理方法，它可以將糞污轉化為新型能源并減少對環(huán)境的污染。但是對沼氣發(fā)電機組尾氣排放也需要達標處理。針對該糞肥沼氣發(fā)電機組實際工況和特點，中拓結合多年內(nèi)燃機尾氣治理的經(jīng)驗，并從投資成本、運行安全性等方面考慮，采用一臺機組對應一臺脫硝設備的設計方案。包括主體脫硝設備及其輔助裝置生產(chǎn)、工廠檢驗、包裝、運輸、調試、培訓和售后服務等一系列內(nèi)容。最終糞肥沼氣發(fā)電機組尾氣凈化脫硝項目交付使用并達標運行，在機組滿足NOx原始排放值≤500mg/Nm’(5%02)，溫度范圍在484°-512°的排放條件下，實現(xiàn)NOx≤50mg/Nm3(5%含氧量）的目標排放要求。

　　Biogas power generation is a preferred method for treating fecal biogas, as it converts feces into a new form of energy while reducing environmental pollution. However, the exhaust emissions from biogas generator sets also need to meet emission standards. Based on the actual operating conditions and characteristics of this manure biogas generator set, Zhongtuo, leveraging its years of experience in internal combustion engine exhaust gas treatment, and considering investment costs and operational safety, has adopted a design scheme where one denitration device is paired with one generator set. This includes a series of processes such as the production, factory inspection, packaging, transportation, commissioning, training, and after-sales service of the main denitration equipment and its auxiliary devices. Ultimately, the manure biogas generator set exhaust gas purification and denitration project was successfully commissioned and operated in compliance with standards. Under emission conditions where the original NOx emission value of the generator set is ≤500mg/Nm? (5% O2) and the temperature range is between 484°C and 512°C, the target emission requirement of NOx≤50mg/Nm? (5% oxygen content) was achieved.

　　Zhongtuo's Wanchun SCR denitration system can meet different temperature operating environments. It utilizes denitration catalysts specifically designed for gas turbine units to meet the various operating requirements of generators. The flue gas mixing system, coupled with a precise urea quantity calculation and control system, enables the entire denitration system to achieve effective urea solution injection, allowing for better mixing with the exhaust gas and significantly improving reaction efficiency. The entire denitration system is safe and reliable, with low back pressure, greatly reducing the impact of denitration equipment on internal combustion engine generator sets. Additionally, the installation location is reasonable, the footprint is small, and maintenance and repair are convenient.

　　In addition, the biogas generator set exhaust gas purification system selects a Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) as the automatic control device for the denitration system and integrates various auxiliary controls, featuring small size, convenient assembly and maintenance, high reliability, and strong anti-interference capability, significantly reducing the number of operation and maintenance personnel. The control system can also communicate with the host computer, facilitating remote centralized monitoring of pollutant emission data. The human-machine interface system can display denitration status data, flue gas temperature status, urea consumption, etc. in real time, and can remotely control the denitration system and statistically record previous data. The control cabinet is equipped with a touch screen, facilitating eye-level operation for operators, observation, and monitoring, making maintenance convenient and simple. It also supports remote communication and integrated management.
