制氫尾氣發(fā)電機(jī)組的燃料中正壓脫硫與負(fù)壓脫硫的區(qū)別
制氫尾氣發(fā)電機(jī)組的燃料中濕法脫硫工藝有正壓脫硫和負(fù)壓脫硫兩種。下面我們探討一下正壓脫硫和負(fù)壓脫硫有哪些區(qū)別。
There are two wet desulfurization processes for the fuel of hydrogen production tail gas generators: positive pressure desulfurization and negative pressure desulfurization. Let's explore the differences between positive pressure desulfurization and negative pressure desulfurization.

一、正壓脫硫
1、 Positive pressure desulfurization
正壓脫硫設(shè)置在鼓風(fēng)機(jī)后,吸收傳質(zhì)推動力較負(fù)壓高,煤氣凈化設(shè)備規(guī)格小,建造及運行費用省。脫硫前一般設(shè)有預(yù)冷塔,預(yù)冷塔可對煤氣中的焦油、萘、煤粉、焦粉等進(jìn)一步洗滌,使得由煤氣帶入脫硫系統(tǒng)的雜質(zhì)減少,對催化劑活性的影響小,脫硫脫氰效率高,硫磺產(chǎn)品雜質(zhì)含量低。
Positive pressure desulfurization is set after the blower, which absorbs mass transfer driving force higher than negative pressure. The gas purification equipment has a small specification and saves construction and operation costs. Before desulfurization, a pre cooling tower is generally installed, which can further wash tar, naphthalene, coal powder, coke powder, and other impurities in the gas, reducing the impurities brought into the desulfurization system by the gas, with little impact on catalyst activity, high desulfurization and decyanation efficiency, and low impurity content in sulfur products.
煤氣經(jīng)鼓風(fēng)機(jī)加壓升溫,在脫硫前需設(shè)置預(yù)冷塔對煤氣進(jìn)行冷卻,需要消耗部分冷卻水,且預(yù)冷塔效果直接影響煤氣溫度,一旦控制不佳將直接影響脫硫效果,有可能還會導(dǎo)致脫硫系統(tǒng)漲液,特別是在夏季高溫天氣下,溫度控制較為困難,正壓脫硫效率會降低。另外,因脫硫設(shè)置在鼓風(fēng)機(jī)后,不會對鼓風(fēng)機(jī)系統(tǒng)造成影響,對鼓風(fēng)機(jī)的材質(zhì)要求低,建設(shè)及維護(hù)費用低。
The gas is pressurized and heated by a blower. Before desulfurization, a pre cooling tower needs to be set up to cool the gas, which consumes some cooling water. The effect of the pre cooling tower directly affects the gas temperature. Once the control is not good, it will directly affect the desulfurization effect and may even cause the desulfurization system to swell, especially in hot summer weather where temperature control is difficult and the efficiency of positive pressure desulfurization will decrease. In addition, since desulfurization is installed after the blower, it will not affect the blower system, with low material requirements for the blower and low construction and maintenance costs.
二、負(fù)壓脫硫
2、 Negative pressure desulfurization
負(fù)壓脫硫設(shè)置在鼓風(fēng)機(jī)前,從電捕焦油器出來的煤氣直接進(jìn)入脫硫塔,中間未經(jīng)鼓風(fēng)機(jī)加壓升溫,省去預(yù)冷塔及部分冷卻水,煤氣凈化流程相對縮短,占地面積小。但由于負(fù)壓脫硫一般不設(shè)置預(yù)冷塔,煤氣沒有預(yù)洗滌的效果,因此進(jìn)入由煤氣帶入脫硫系統(tǒng)的雜質(zhì)較多,導(dǎo)致催化劑活性降低,脫硫、脫氰效率相比正壓脫硫低,且硫磺產(chǎn)品雜質(zhì)含量相對高。
Negative pressure desulfurization is set in front of the blower, and the gas from the electric tar catcher directly enters the desulfurization tower without being pressurized and heated by the blower, eliminating the need for a pre cooling tower and some cooling water. The gas purification process is relatively shortened and occupies a small area. However, due to the fact that negative pressure desulfurization generally does not have a pre cooling tower and the gas does not have a pre washing effect, there are more impurities introduced into the desulfurization system by the gas, resulting in a decrease in catalyst activity, lower desulfurization and decyanation efficiency compared to positive pressure desulfurization, and relatively high impurity content in sulfur products.
另外,鼓風(fēng)機(jī)在脫硫后,煤氣出脫硫塔經(jīng)過氣液分離后仍然會帶少量水(脫硫液),導(dǎo)致鼓風(fēng)機(jī)入口煤氣中水汽含量高,鼓風(fēng)機(jī)運行負(fù)荷加大,同時脫硫液進(jìn)入鼓風(fēng)機(jī),導(dǎo)致腐蝕性增強(qiáng),鼓風(fēng)機(jī)葉輪及系統(tǒng)、設(shè)備管道均需采用不銹鋼材質(zhì)制作,使建設(shè)及維護(hù)費用增加。
In addition, after desulfurization, the blower still carries a small amount of water (desulfurization solution) after the gas exits the desulfurization tower and undergoes gas-liquid separation, resulting in high water vapor content in the inlet gas of the blower and increased operating load of the blower. At the same time, the desulfurization solution enters the blower, leading to increased corrosiveness. The blower impeller, system, and equipment pipelines all need to be made of stainless steel material, which increases construction and maintenance costs.
正壓脫硫和負(fù)壓脫硫各有優(yōu)缺點,目前負(fù)壓脫硫只有少數(shù)廠采用,兩者工藝相比較,雖操作運行費用相當(dāng),但建設(shè)費用正壓脫硫具有優(yōu)勢,因此正壓脫硫被廣泛應(yīng)用。
Positive pressure desulfurization and negative pressure desulfurization each have their own advantages and disadvantages. Currently, only a few factories adopt negative pressure desulfurization. Compared with the two processes, although the operating costs are comparable, positive pressure desulfurization has advantages in construction costs. Therefore, positive pressure desulfurization is widely used.
