RTO 蓄熱體清洗屬于高溫、受限空間、粉塵、化學(xué)品并存的高危作業(yè)，建議嚴(yán)格執(zhí)行動(dòng)火、受限空間、高空作業(yè)等安全管理規(guī)定，核心安全事項(xiàng)如下：

The cleaning of RTO thermal storage bodies is a high-risk operation involving high temperature, confined space, dust, and chemicals. It must strictly comply with safety management regulations such as hot work, confined space, and high-altitude operations. The core safety precautions are as follows:

一、系統(tǒng)停機(jī)與安全隔離

1、 System shutdown and safety isolation

提前按程序停機(jī)，自然降溫至 45℃以下，嚴(yán)禁高溫狀態(tài)下進(jìn)入箱體。

Stop the machine in advance according to the program, naturally cool it down to below 45 ℃, and strictly prohibit entering the box under high temperature conditions.

關(guān)閉進(jìn)氣、出氣、新風(fēng)閥門，加盲板有效隔離，防止煙氣、可燃?xì)怏w竄入。

Close the intake, exhaust, and fresh air valves, add blind plates to completely isolate, and prevent smoke and combustible gases from entering.

切斷風(fēng)機(jī)、燃燒器、電氣控制電源，并掛牌上鎖。

Cut off the fan, burner, and electrical control power supply, and hang and lock them.

二、受限空間作業(yè)管控

2、 Control of confined space operations

辦理受限空間作業(yè)票，落實(shí) “先通風(fēng)、再檢測(cè)、后作業(yè)”。

Apply for confined space work permits and implement the principle of "ventilation first, testing later, and work later".

進(jìn)入前檢測(cè)氧含量（19.5%–23.5%）、可燃?xì)怏w、有毒有害氣體，合格后方可進(jìn)入。

Before entering, check the oxygen content (19.5% -23.5%), flammable gases, and toxic and harmful gases. Only after passing the inspection can you enter.

保持持續(xù)強(qiáng)制通風(fēng)，安排專人監(jiān)護(hù)，內(nèi)外保持聯(lián)絡(luò)，嚴(yán)禁單人作業(yè)。

Maintain continuous forced ventilation, assign dedicated personnel for supervision, maintain communication both inside and outside, and strictly prohibit single person operation.

三、防火防爆與防中毒

3、 Fire and explosion prevention, as well as poisoning prevention

蓄熱體附著焦油、油污、有機(jī)溶劑，嚴(yán)禁違章動(dòng)火、吸煙、使用非防爆工具。

The thermal storage body is attached with tar, oil stains, and organic solvents. It is strictly prohibited to engage in illegal hot work, smoking, or use non explosion proof tools.

清洗產(chǎn)生的粉塵量大，易形成粉塵爆炸環(huán)境，控制揚(yáng)塵，禁止沖擊、摩擦打火。

The amount of dust generated during cleaning is large, which can easily create a dust explosion environment. Control dust and prohibit impact, friction, and ignition.

避免吸入高溫粉塵、分解有毒氣體，作業(yè)人員建議佩戴防塵口罩或防毒面具。

To avoid inhaling high-temperature dust and decomposing toxic gases, operators must wear dust masks or gas masks.

四、清洗作業(yè)安全要求

4、 Safety requirements for cleaning operations

優(yōu)先采用真空吸塵、低壓空氣吹掃，慎用高壓水沖洗，防止大量泥漿堵塞氣流通道。

Priority should be given to vacuum cleaning and low-pressure air blowing, and high-pressure water flushing should be used with caution to prevent a large amount of mud from blocking the airflow channel.

如需使用化學(xué)清洗劑，先確認(rèn)酸堿相容性，避免與殘留污染物發(fā)生放熱、產(chǎn)氣反應(yīng)。

If chemical cleaning agents need to be used, first confirm their acid-base compatibility to avoid exothermic and gas producing reactions with residual pollutants.

作業(yè)人員佩戴耐高溫手套、護(hù)目鏡、防滑鞋，防止劃傷、燙傷、化學(xué)品灼傷。

Operators should wear heat-resistant gloves, goggles, and non slip shoes to prevent scratches, burns, and chemical burns.

蓄熱體多為陶瓷模塊，輕拿輕放，防止坍塌、墜落傷人。

The heat storage body is mostly made of ceramic modules, which should be handled with care to prevent collapse, falling, and injury.

五、用電與高空安全

5、 Electricity usage and high-altitude safety

箱內(nèi)照明使用24V 以下安全電壓、防爆燈具，電線絕緣完好，杜絕漏電。

Safe voltage below 24V and explosion-proof lamps are used for lighting inside the box, and the insulation of the wires is intact to prevent leakage.

高處作業(yè)系好安全帶，搭設(shè)穩(wěn)固腳手架或平臺(tái)，嚴(yán)禁踩踏蓄熱體。

Wear safety belts when working at heights, set up stable scaffolding or platforms, and strictly prohibit stepping on thermal storage bodies.

臨時(shí)用電規(guī)范接線，做好防水、防磨損措施。

Temporary electrical wiring should be standardized, and waterproof and wear-resistant measures should be taken.

六、現(xiàn)場(chǎng)應(yīng)急與收尾

6、 On site emergency response and closure

現(xiàn)場(chǎng)配備滅火器、消防水、洗眼器、急救用品，制定應(yīng)急處置方案。

Equip the site with fire extinguishers, firefighting water, eye wash stations, first aid supplies, and develop emergency response plans.

及時(shí)清運(yùn)清洗廢料，不在爐體內(nèi)堆積，防止自燃或二次污染。

Timely remove and clean waste materials, do not accumulate in the furnace body, and prevent spontaneous combustion or secondary pollution.

清洗完成后清點(diǎn)人員工具，恢復(fù)盲板、閥門、電氣系統(tǒng)，試運(yùn)行正常后方可交付使用。

After cleaning, count the personnel and tools, restore the blind plates, valves, and electrical systems, and only deliver them for use after trial operation is normal.
