The suspension stacking and conveying coating system of the automotive transmission coating line is an automated integrated solution for surface protection and performance improvement of transmission components in the automotive manufacturing field. It integrates suspension stacking and conveying technology with modern coating processes to provide efficient and stable surface treatment for core components such as gears, transmission shafts, differential housings, and gearbox housings. This system not only meets the performance requirements of corrosion resistance, wear resistance, and impact resistance for transmission components, but also achieves dual improvement in production efficiency and quality through automation collaboration. It is one of the key links in the manufacturing of automotive transmission systems.

該系統(tǒng)由四大模塊構(gòu)成，各模塊協(xié)同運作形成完整的涂裝流程：

The system consists of four major modules, which work together to form a complete painting process:

1. 懸掛積放輸送單元：作為核心載體，包含積放式懸掛鏈、專用吊具、驅(qū)動裝置、張緊機(jī)構(gòu)及轉(zhuǎn)向裝置。積放鏈采用閉環(huán)設(shè)計，可實現(xiàn)工件的連續(xù)輸送與臨時積存；吊具針對傳動部件的異形結(jié)構(gòu)優(yōu)化，采用快速裝卸結(jié)構(gòu)并具備耐溫、耐化學(xué)腐蝕特性。

1. Hanging and stacking conveyor unit: As the core carrier, it includes stacking suspension chains, specialized lifting equipment, driving devices, tensioning mechanisms, and steering devices. The stacking chain adopts a closed-loop design, which can achieve continuous conveying and temporary storage of workpieces; The lifting device is optimized for the irregular structure of transmission components, adopting a fast loading and unloading structure and possessing temperature and chemical corrosion resistance characteristics.

2. 涂裝工藝單元：涵蓋前處理（脫脂、磷化、多道水洗）、電泳涂裝、中涂/面漆噴涂、烘干固化四大環(huán)節(jié)。前處理去除部件表面油污與銹跡，電泳形成均勻底漆層，噴涂環(huán)節(jié)通常采用機(jī)器人自動作業(yè)，烘干室通過合理控溫實現(xiàn)涂層固化。

2. Coating process unit: covering four major processes: pre-treatment (degreasing, phosphating, multiple water washes), electrophoretic coating, intermediate coating/topcoat spraying, and drying and curing. Pre treatment removes oil and rust from the surface of the components, electrophoresis forms a uniform primer layer, and the spraying process is usually carried out automatically by robots. The drying chamber achieves coating curing through precise temperature control.

3. 控制系統(tǒng)：以PLC或DCS為核心，集成傳感器（編碼器、接近開關(guān)、溫度傳感器）與執(zhí)行器，實現(xiàn)輸送速度、工藝參數(shù)（溫度、涂料流量、烘干時間）的實時調(diào)控，確保各環(huán)節(jié)協(xié)同一致。

3. Control system: With PLC or DCS as the core, it integrates sensors (encoders, proximity switches, temperature sensors) and actuators to achieve real-time control of conveying speed and process parameters (temperature, coating flow rate, drying time), ensuring that all links are coordinated and consistent.

4. 輔助支持單元：包括廢氣處理（活性炭吸附、RTO焚燒）、廢水循環(huán)（電泳廢液回收、水洗水凈化）、供漆系統(tǒng)（涂料恒溫存儲、合理輸送）及安全防護(hù)裝置（防火、防爆、應(yīng)急停車）。

4. Auxiliary support units: including waste gas treatment (activated carbon adsorption, RTO incineration), wastewater circulation (electrophoresis waste liquid recovery, water washing purification), paint supply system (paint constant temperature storage, precise transportation), and safety protection devices (fire prevention, explosion prevention, emergency parking).
